The blinking red light of death and Thanksgiving Weekend

So I bet you are all wondering what the blinking light of death comment is all about... but that will have to wait until after I write about our Thanksgiving weekend :)

So if you read our earlier post you know that some of Casey's family (Ron, Jackie, Brandon, Audri, and Aeddon) came down to celebrate Thanksgiving with us. We had our "turkey day" on Friday instead of Thursday and had pizza on Thursday instead of turkey (the people at the store probably thought we burned our turkey lol). I must say that our Thanksgiving was very yummy if I do say so myself. On Saturday we all went to the Grand Sierra resort to check out their 6,000 square feet of laser tagging, their arcade, and their bowling alley. While we were at the Grand Sierra resort Casey and I found out the true reason Casey's family came to visit us ;)

JUST KIDDING!!!! lol!!
Casey, Brandon, Audri, and Aeddon tried out the laser tag which was 6 dollars a person for 10 minutes of play... they decided that 6000 square feet really isn't that big. We then decided to go bowling but their 50 lanes were full :( so we drove the the National Bowling Center and while there found out that they aren't open for public bowling even though they have over 200 lanes. We then drove to the only other bowling alley we knew of, the AMF bowling center (where we ordered some REALLY bad pizza which took 45 minutes to make). Sunday came and Casey's family had to make the long boring trip back to Salt Lake City in their new Mazda 6. We were really glad they came down to visit us and spend some time with us. Thanks guys!

Now the red blinking light of death... (dun dun dunnnnnn...) Casey was playing Modern Warfare 2 and all of the sudden his playstation beeped three times and the red light on the front of the console was blinking.... also know as playstation death... so on top of his playstation dying his favorite game is stuck inside. Luckily Casey has a birthday coming up so we went to Target and got him a new playstation for his birthday (he bought the Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 game again himself). He is currently trying to set his playstation back up. The new playstation is a lot slimmer :)

Well that is all we have for now... we hope your playstations are safe and unbroken :) and that your Thanksgivings were great!

Jennie and Casey
